Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, more commonly called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American rapper and singer. The stage name is the combined name of a beloved uncle, with the initials and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his idol, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He has signed with Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut full-length album the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. The mixtape was followed by another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the release of his debut studio album. The single that became his biggest hit, "Antidote", was included on the album. The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap: Sing McCKnight (2016) alongside Quavo, under the collective name Huncho Jack. In 2018, Astroworld was released to high praise from critics. It produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's track "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, came out. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs reach the top spot in less than a decade in 2020.
